Editorial Policy

Every article on this site is written by a large language model. Not assisted by one — written by one. Headlines, summaries, body copy, key takeaways, FAQs, and the accompanying hero images are all machine-generated. No article is written by a human, and no article carries a human byline, because there is no human author to name.

Articles are attributed to CryptoCatalystas an organization. We consider inventing a fictional staff writer to be dishonest, so we don't. Every article page carries a disclosure notice saying how it was produced and which outlet's reporting it came from.

We curate from a fixed, published list of 11 industry feeds — named in full on our about page. We do not scrape paywalled content, and we do not republish articles verbatim.

Each article is derived from exactly one source story, which is named in the byline area, linked at the foot of the article, and recorded in the page's structured data as isBasedOn. Outbound source links are normal followed links.

We do not use anonymous or unnamed sources, because we do not do original reporting. If a source article relies on unnamed sources, our write-up says so in the same terms the original did — we never upgrade a claim's certainty.

Every draft passes through a separate automated editor before publication. That pass receives the original source text alongside the draft and is instructed to check every figure, name, date, statistic, and claim against it, and to rewrite anything unsupported.

We also constrain the models structurally: they cannot set the article's canonical URL, its structured data, its category, or its internal links. All of that is generated by code from the article's own data, so it cannot be hallucinated.

This is not the same as human fact-checking, and we don't claim it is. Automated review reduces errors; it does not eliminate them. Treat our summaries as a pointer to the original reporting, not a replacement for it.

When we learn an article is wrong, we fix it. Substantive corrections are noted on the article and logged on our corrections page; when a story is wrong beyond repair we unpublish it rather than leave it up.

We accept no payment for coverage. There is no advertising, no sponsored content, no affiliate linking, and no arrangement under which any project, exchange, or fund can influence whether or how it is covered. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed here first and labelled on the affected articles.

Story selection is automated and scored on relevance, novelty, significance, and readability. No entity can pay to enter or leave that pool.
