Our articles are machine-written from other outlets' reporting. Automated review catches a lot, but not everything. When something is wrong, we want to know.
Reporting an error
Email hello@cryptocatalyst.news with the article URL and a short description of what is wrong. A link to the correct information speeds things up but isn't required.
Publishers: if you want coverage derived from your reporting removed, send the URL and we will unpublish it without asking why.
What we do about it
- Minor errors — a misspelling, a wrong link — are fixed silently.
- Substantive errors — a wrong figure, name, date, or claim — are corrected, noted on the article, and logged below.
- Articles wrong beyond repair are unpublished rather than quietly rewritten, and the removal is logged below.
We also feed recurring error patterns back into the pipeline's editor pass, so the same class of mistake is less likely to reach publication twice.
